ISLAMABAD – Federal Information Minister Senator Shibli Faraz said that elements that used to support criminals and land grabbers in the past are now making mockery of the law and throwing threats at state institutions instead of responding to NAB’s questions.
Addressing a photo exhibition on the eve of Pakistan Day here on Tuesday, he said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Imran Khan, the country has been on the path of the Islamic welfare state envisioned by Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali. Jinnah.
Commenting on the PML-N leadership, the Senator said that Nawaz Sharif had escaped the legal trap. Whenever there are hard times for them, they choose to flee the country, said Shibli Faraz.
He said that all those who see the law as domestic slaves are using politics as a shield.
He added that the entire country knows who they are and what they will become. Whatever they have done and put together should be made public, he added. He said that in a civilized society, it is not the case that if the courts or state institutions ask questions, they will be attacked. She said that the Pakistani Army, law enforcement agencies and people have made a lot of sacrifices for Pakistan and women have also taken part in this struggle to strengthen Pakistan.
He also said that the purpose of celebrating such days was to repeat the promise and purpose of his historical journey. “Today, we have to review this and repeat this promise,” he added.
He said that there should be no society where when elites are brought before the law to defend wealth acquired indecently, they should take up arms against the institutions and make fun of the institutions. Senator Shibli Faraz said Pakistan does not belong to any family, it belongs to the people of this country. He said that a method has been introduced in our country which has destroyed the moral standards of society. Currently, corruption is not considered a corrupt practice and elites make fun of the law, said Shibli Faraz.
He also said that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and Imran Khan had come out with a new Pakistani destination. Imran Khan works day and night to get equal opportunities for justice and economic opportunities for all.
He said this trip was moving towards the same destination which was set on March 23 and the direction of the country had been set. He said that in the past, state institutions were paralyzed and the law only applied to ordinary people, but the PTI government had changed this culture.
Senator Shibli Faraz said this culture, which has made criminal elements influential in the past, will soon be eradicated.
He said Imran Khan was a fearless and brave leader who pursued this goal to achieve this goal. Let the entire nation participate in it, said Senator Shibli Faraz.
“We want a society where the law is equal for all,” he said. Today we face the challenge that when an influential person is summoned to court or the law, he or she threatens to bring armed groups to justice.
He said that the way that success was achieved after the first wave of Covid -19, we will also overcome the third wave, whose support from the people is very basic.
Responding to a question, Senator Shibli Faraz said that some elements are struggling to save their wealth and property, if the culprit is called to law, instead of appearing, he brings a group of thugs, this country will become a banana republic. He said those who regard the law as domestic slaves use politics not as politics but as a shield.
