ACE bollywood choreographer Saroj Khan, who was admitted to guru Nanak in Bandra, Mumbai on 20 June, died. Saroj Khan, who was admitted to hospital with respiratory complaints and died of heart failure at 1.52 in the morning early on Friday. Saroj Khan, the legendary choreographer, had a severe form of diabetes mellitus and diseases. It tests for coronavirus. She was 71. Saroj Khan was survived by her husband B. Sohanlal, son of Hamid Khan and daughter Hina Khan and Sukyna Khan.
Saroj Khan was admitted to the guru Nanak hospital in Bandra in Mumbai on June 17 after complaints of breathing problems. Her daughter Sukyna Khan said that her mother has a negative result on Covid-19 and stated that shortness of breath was caused due to the cold. In addition, she added that Saroj Khan is likely to be discharged from hospital in the next two to three days.
In a career spanning more than four decades, Saroj Khan has choreographed more than 2000 songs.
Saroj Khan, who began working on the dancer at the age of three years old, she got her first break as an independent choreographer with Gita Mera Naam in 1974. Three-time winner of the national award did the choreography more than 2,000 songs, including iconic numbers such as Hawa Hawaii from Mr India (1987), Ek do teen from tezaab profile (1988), Dhak Dhak karne laga from Beta (1992) and Dola Re Dola from Devdas (2002).

The body of Saroj Khan is taken to the cemetery Sunnat Ahle in Malad. Family members came to the cemetery.
The funeral took place at a cemetery near today’s chokes Malad.
