Bilawal demanded the Kulbhushan rules to be presented in Parliament
ISLAMABAD (News Dunya) – Chairman of the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has called on the government to present Kulbhushan regulations in Parliament, while criticizing Prime Minister Imran he said that those who chanted the slogan of the Kashmiri ambassador had become Kulbhushan’s lawyers.
Bilawal said that we had democratically challenged the regulations that were brought to the Kulbhushan Jadhav and would also oppose them in Parliament and the Court. The government has no justification for the Ordinance. Under the constitution, a regulation cannot be proposed during the National Assembly (NA) session.
He said that the procedures must be presented in the assembly. He alleged that the election was held on July 25, 2018 while the country was being ruled by a puppet regime. He said, Imran Khan gave the most NRO.
Speaking with the media at the completion of two years of the Pakistani federal government Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), the PPP chairman said that he was in contact with opposition parties and the opposition would fight fake JITs at each forum.
He said that the committee was working on the All Parties Conference (APC) after Idul Fitri and Shehbaz Sharif would lead the APC. We will make a consensus on the APC agenda. He said, I have met Akhtar Mengal today. If the 18th Amendment and NFC are touched, the government will suffer.
Regarding the National Accountability Bureau (NAB), Bilawal Bhutto said that NAB is being used for political engineering. He said that we demand political parties to gain political freedom. Until now, political parties have not been given a chance to play, he said.
The PPP Chair said that Imran Khan had taken a U-turn from every position. The economy has been destroyed. The lives of every Pakistani are in danger. Pakistanis shoulder the burden of selection. How long we will continue to tolerate being elected, people must decide.
Bilawal further said that PTI had not yet implemented any of its manifesto. There were no promises fulfilled by the PTI government. Until now, no university has been built in the Prime Minister’s Building. The Prime Minister must go to the Prime Minister’s House by bicycle but he uses a helicopter instead of a bicycle. The promise of the right to information has also not been fulfilled.
He said, if the government had consulted then they could tell that laws could not be made based on personality. They have tried to make a special law for someone. Only non-political puppets can do such a thing. They did not understand that when a major decision had to be made, the nation became confident.
He said that the regulation was illegal and if there was nothing wrong with the regulation, then why did they keep it a secret, why was the regulation hidden from parliament.
Bilawal further said that the Ordinance violated Pakistani law. International tribunal does not mean that the Constitution of Pakistan must be violated.
Criticizing the Prime Minister, Bilawal said that he who was supposed to be the ambassador of Kashmir today had become a lawyer for Kulbhushan Jadhav. The government must explain in the Kulbhushan Jadhav Ordinance Assembly.
The PPP Chair said that Imran had given the highest number of NROs in his administration. BRT Peshawar has become a white elephant. He alleged that the BRT project was given to friends, corruption had occurred in Jabba Night, the Billion Tree Tsunami project. Corruption will end in 90 days? Ask people how much corruption is happening in the new Pakistan.
Bilawal said that the damage caused by this election had not been done in the past, it cannot be understood why this step was taken for Imran Khan. Two years ago, there were no elections today, but elections were made and 90% of Form 45 were still missing.
He said that there was also a bomb blast at the polling station in Larkana. The media did not have recordings when I was at the polls good for voting. He said that if there were no coronaviruses, the opposition would regard July 25 as black day.
