LAHORE: Jamaat-e-Islami Amir Sirajul Haq has asked the PTI government to admit that they have made false promises to the masses for three years, apologize to them and go home if they still cannot fulfill it. Speaking at a meeting of the JI central leadership in Mansoora Wednesday, he said Prime Minister Imran Khan must understand that making false promises and hiding the masses is not the way to run the country. He also reminded the PTI government that privatization of state entities at the direction of the IMF is not the solution to strengthening the economy. He said JI would launch a “Go-IMF-Go” movement if the rulers continued with pro-IMF and anti-mass policies. The government, he said, has failed terribly to show any performance on any files in half of his tenure.

RAWALPINDI / KARACHI: Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) Amir Sirajul Haq on Sunday said that the parties in the Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) and the Pakistani government of Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) are equally responsible for plunging the country into in the economy. crisis and add to the misery of the masses.

“The corruption story of the PDM party and the PTI government which have identical personal interests and we feel there is no difference in their actions,” Sirajul Haq said while addressing JI activists and supporters from the twin cities of Rawalpindi and Islamabad.

He pointed out that some families and martial law were responsible for the plight of the masses, saying that it was time to get rid of the status quo and its patrons like the PDM and PTI and move towards an Islamic welfare state.

Sirajul Haq said the PDM and PTI parties were fighting for power.

Other JI leaders including naib ameers Liaquat Baloch and Mian Muhammad Aslam, Secretary General Amirul Azeem, Syed Arif Shirazi, Nasrullah Randhawa, Shamsur Rehman Swati and others also addressed the public meeting at Liaquat Bagh.

JI supporters, including women carrying party flags, chanted slogans denouncing the diplomatic and economic policies of the incumbent government.

Sirajul Haq on the occasion stated that the Pakistani and Kashmiris themselves would not allow any rapprochement with India unless the core issue of Kashmir was resolved.

Meanwhile, As part of an ongoing campaign for Karachi rights, the JI Karachi branch organized massive rallies in Shahra-e-Faisal, demanding a strengthened local government system, a ‘correct’ population census, and resolutions on the basis of citizenship. the problem that is being faced by the Karachi people.

Thousands of attendees, holding banners and placards, participated in the ‘Haq Do Karachi Ko’ rally which started in Quaidabad and ended at the Governor’s Building.

Accusing the Center and the Sindh government of corruption and bad governance, JI Karachi head Hafiz Naeemur Rehman said unemployment and street crime were increasing in the metropolis due to the economic crisis. He said the PPP had occupied Sindh for the last 12 years. “They have not given their rights to the Sindh people,” he said.

Naeemur Rehman said that the PPP had caused tension and fostered prejudice among Muhajir and Sindhi on linguistic grounds only. He said Karachi was the city of all including Muhajir, Sindhi, Punjabi and Pashtun who abandoned everything and settled in the city.

Then at the Governor’s House, Sirajul Haq’s video message was played. He said that the citizens who participated in this parade had fought for their own future, for their descendants, for beautiful Karachi and the country as well.

“Karachi is the lifeblood of our economy, Karachi is our ideological neck, the inhabitants of this city have made great sacrifices for Pakistan,” he said.

The head of JI said that previously some areas of the city were considered to be poor areas such as Malir, Landhi and Korangi but now even luxury areas have the same appearance.

“The city is facing a shortage of drinking water while there is no proper system to drain wastewater,” he said.

MULTAN: Jamaat-e-Islami Amir Sirajul Haq said the city’s giant gathering had sent a message that the masses only want an Islamic system, which is the solution to all their problems.

Speaking at a major rally at Chungi No. 9 on Sunday, he emphatically said no general or feudalist had made Pakistan and that it emerged on the basis of ideology. He said the country would become an Islamic state by all means, adding that it requires prosperity, progress and justice.

He claims their rule will protect minorities and there will be no room for oppressors in Islamic Pakistan. JI Ameer said the country does not need a tsunami or biryani. Ras Mir Jaffar and Mir Sadiq have come to power and such a corrupt mafia has betrayed Pakistani ideology. He said in the current system the dogs of the rich eat goat meat and those that do not forage in the trash. If a poor person’s child gets a degree, he or she has no chance of getting a job, he added.

Siraj says he doesn’t believe in such a system of oppression. State hospitals don’t care for the poor, he added. He said what promises were fulfilled by the PTI government. The whole system is based on fraud, he said, adding, “Imran Khan didn’t keep one promise”. He promised 10 million jobs for young people. The government cannot run on lies. He said even today people don’t know who is in charge of federal capitals.

The innocent prime minister said when the rupee’s value fell, it was known from the TV. After 1100 days, the prime minister said nothing would change in five years. He said the government still did not have a cure for the third wave of coronavirus. The PDM is made up of the same leaders who have been tried by the people in the past, he added. The PTI and PDM are working on the agenda of the US and the IMF’s slaves, he further added.

The government failed to provide educational facilities for girls: Siraj | Instant News


LAHORE: Jamaat-e-Islami Ameer Sirajul Haq regrets that despite Prime Minister Imran Khan’s claim to height, the PTI government failed to provide educational facilities to girls because 56 percent of them do not go to school either because of poverty or unavailability of schools in their area.

Speaking at a women’s conference Tuesday, she said there were only 40,000 schools for women’s primary education out of about 175,000 available in the public sector. “Many schools are not functioning because there are no teachers. They offer poor quality education for Pakistan’s future, “he added.

Citing figures from various international agencies, she said women in the country had no say in the health sector and it was surprising that 98 percent of rural women were deprived of quality health facilities. The PTI government, he said, did not pay attention to overcoming mass problems even after more than half of his tenure. He also held the former ruler responsible for the suffering of the masses. He said the masses should better recognize the PTI and PDM as two sides of the same coin and run by the same elite clubs and their politics is based on the concept of serving self-interest.

JI, he said, is now the only option left for the masses because its clean and honest leadership is fully capable of putting the country on the path of development and overcoming people’s problems if it chooses to come to power. Sirajul Haq said Pakistan was created in the name of Islam and a system based on the Koran and Sunnah could save it from further destruction. He said the state needed accountability and a strong judicial system. He said PTI failed to introduce full accountability despite high claims from the prime minister.

LAHORE: Jamaat-e-Islami ameer Senator Sirajul Haq said that obtaining foreign loans to ‘enslave’ the country to world lending institutions and calling it success by successive governments had been the norm in the country for decades.

At a reception here Wednesday, Sirajul Haq reminded Prime Minister Imran Khan of his past claims to free the country from foreign loans. All former rulers, he added, were also responsible for destroying the country’s economy.

He said the PTI government was ignoring the agricultural sector because agricultural input prices were very high and not affordable for small farmers. Senator Siraj said the health and education sectors were on the brink of collapse as the government handed them over to capitalists, leaving the poor dependent on them.
