Monster Hunter World PC will be equivalent to the console version on April 23, Update 13.01.00 is now available | Instant News

Capcom has announced that a new major update to Monster Hunter World Iceborne will come out on April 23. This update will eventually bring the PC version on par with the console version. In addition, Capcom recently released a new patch for the PC version of Monster Hunter World.

According to the release notes, Update 13.01.00 added Raging Brachydios and Furious Rajang. The two monsters will appear in a new special task after completing the main story of Iceborne and unlocking the tundra region in the Guide’s Land.

Additionally, this patch adds items that force the monster to leave the Guide’s Land. It also increases the maximum level limit for upgrading master rank armor. Not only that, but it adds an augmentation feature that lets you customize the appearance of your weapons, as well as options to Steamworks that allow you to change Steamworks output.

It is also important to note that these patches have some PC-specific improvements. For example, it fixes a problem with the chat window where you cannot switch to display the hunter’s name using keyboard controls. This also corrects problems with keyboard controls where pressing the appropriate button when using a cannon or dragonator will immediately fire the weapon instead of holding back the fire.

As always, Steam will download this patch the next time you launch it. You can also find the complete changelog here. Finally, you can find below footage for the next major update of the game!
