Oppo Reno 5 Pro 5G debuts internationally in India | Instant News

Although I would love to see the rollable phone they laughed at last year, Oppo will launch Oppo Reno 5 Pro 5G in India starting in 2021. It is a global variant of Reno 5 Pro, launched in China in December 2020, and is expected to enter more markets soon.

With its slim body and two-tone glass back cover, it retains a design very similar to last year’s Reno 4 Pro. However, the internal structure is different because the Reno 5 Pro is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 1000+ processor with an integrated 5G modem-ironically, India does not yet have a 5G network. The SoC comes with 8GB RAM and 128GB non-expandable storage.

Reno 5 Pro has a 6.53-inch FHD + AMOLED panel with a maximum refresh rate of 90Hz. There is a hole punch for 32MP selfie shooting on the display. Speaking of the camera system, the phone uses a four-camera setup on the back, including 64MP wide f/1.7, 8MP f/2.2 ultra-wide, 2MP macro and 2MP mono. Oppo also bundles many video-oriented features, such as Ultra Night Video and Dual View video.

Keep the phone running with a 4,350mAh battery, which can support 65W fast charging. Fortunately for customers, the compatible adapter is bundled with a pair of Type-C headphones in the box (because the phone does not have a 3.5mm headphone jack).

Reno 5 Pro 5G is now available in India at a price of ₹35,999 (~$492). Oppo also introduced the Enco X true wireless earbuds for the first time. The earbuds are equipped with ANC and tuned by Dynaudio-retail price of 9,990 rupees (about 137 US dollars).
