Ace Combat 7 gets a free birthday update (we miss you, JPEG dog) »TechnoCodex | Instant News

Time is sure…How are you? “Ace Combat 7: Unknown Sky” is two years old. To celebrate this, the publisher Bandai Namco has updated its methods for free, adding some free new content to the arcade-style flight simulation game.

When it is updated and downgraded on January 19th, what Ace Combat 7 pilots will see is the appearance and logo of a bunch of new aircraft. F-22A has Phoenix skin, F-4E has Mobius skin, F-15E Strike Eagle has Garuda skin, ASF-X Shinden II has Rodgebacks, F-16C and F have crow skin, Scarface and Su-37 UPEO Skin, Gryphus of F-22A Raptor, UPEO of Typhoon and the dazzling glowing skin of X-02S Strike Flying Dragon.

Most importantly, you will also get a batch of signs that can be used on the plane, one of which is Trigger’s unique orange wolf with a revolver in its mouth. All is well, but we chose to believe that Trigger’s mascot is actually the legendary JPEG Dog, an outdated golden retriever that once belonged to one of the developers.

Here are all the new kits in use:

However, what we really want to show you is the E3 trailer of Ace Combat 7 shown in 2018, because it makes us giggle like bad kids:

In addition to juvenile entertainment, Ace Combat 7 is very interesting. It is a welcome enjoyment to update two years after launch. The series also celebrates its 25th anniversary-we will look forward to more toasts.
