Mobile Realme 5, Realme 5i, and Realme 5s now receive Android 10-based Realme UI updates in India. The company has officially announced the release of the latest updates for all three phones, and the update brings features such as a new interface, optimized smart sidebar, optimized three-finger screenshot gestures, navigation gestures 3.0, and more. The update also includes support for Airtel and Jio Wi-Fi calls for all three phones. The firmware version for Realme 5 and Realme 5 updates is the same as RMX1911EX_11_C.39, while the Realme 5i update comes with version number RMX2030EX_11.C.45.

The update is launched over-the-air (OTA) and it is recommended to check it manually in Settings if you haven’t received the notification. Realme notes that launches are being done in batches, so it might take a while before all users get notified of the update. This method ensures that the number of affected users is limited, if critical bugs are seen during a stable launch.
Realme 5, Realme 5i, Realme 5s updated the changelog
All three phones – Realme 5, Realme 5s, and Realme 5i – have received Android 10-based Realme UI updates with identical changelogs. The update presents a new Real Design interface that claims to be more attractive and efficient. Smart Sidebar brings the floating window feature to more applications, and adds bubble animation when you open the application in the floating window of Smart Sidebar. It is also optimized to include new features such as ‘Assistive Ball Opacity’ and ‘Hide Assistive Ball on Full Screen App’. A new option to open the Global Search or notification panel when sliding the home screen has also been added. Users can now also adjust the size, shape, and style of application icons on the home screen after this update.
In addition, the latest Realme 5, Realme 5i and Realme 5s updates include built-in built-in ringtones that are system optimized, and better visual interaction and animation for Game Space. There is a new artistic wallpaper to choose from, and animated wallpaper support on the lockscreen has been added. The charging animation has also been redesigned with the new Realme UI update, and the pause feature has been added for screen recording. There are new trim features in the recording that have been added, and adaptive weather animations in weather have also been introduced.
The Realme UI update presents a new Simple Mode for the home screen that displays larger fonts, icons, and layouts. With this update, Realme Share now supports file sharing with Oppo, Vivo and Xiaomi devices. The update brings optimized 3-Finger Movement Screen and Navigation Movement 3.0 which supports movement in landscape mode too. A new Focus Mode has been added to help minimize distractions while studying or working, and the quick settings have been optimized for easier one-handed operation. Last, but importantly, the update brings Airtel and Jio Wi-Fi too.
