Two men rape, throw acid on woman in Punjab’s Layyah- Samaa Digital

An FIR has been registered in opposition to two unidentified males for raping and throwing acid on a 32-year-old lady in Punjab’s Layyah.

The survivor stated she was sleeping within the courtyard of her dwelling together with her kids in Fatehpur City when two masked and armed males woke her up, took her to a room and raped her one after the other.

She stated they then reduce her hair, threw acid on her and set her on hearth earlier than escaping. Her neighbour took her to the tehsil headquarter hospital the place she is being handled for burn accidents on her again, proper arm and proper leg.

The casualty medical officer stated her situation is steady.

Her husband works in Karachi.

Investigation officer ASI Muhammad Saleem instructed our correspondent that fingerprints have been taken from the crime scene. We hope to arrest the culprits quickly, he stated.

The FIR has been registered underneath sections 376ii (punishment for rape), 336B (punishment for damage by corrosive substance) and 337V (arsh for hair) of the Pakistan Penal Code and seven of the ATA.
