National Tom Sawyer days in Hannibal wrapped on Suinday and organizers said it was a success, despite the difficulties caused by the epidemic of the coronavirus.

The organizers of the College said that they were prepared with disinfecting stations and reminding the community to practice social distancing.

Kaylee Bachman said that this year was more than she expected.

“We have people come out for everything. That’s what happens this morning-like mud volleyball and have a pretty good turn out there. I saw how they sit on the charges. A lot of people in the city center all the shops and things,” said Buckman.

Said Bachman, she was surprised to see such large groups appear ready to count their total attendance.
