He was escorted out of the club several times before the shooting occurred, police said.

A 32-year-old man was shot and killed outside Monday morning One Sette, a nightclub in Uptown Dallas, police said.

Police accused Franklin Moore, 24, of shooting Tommie Richard Rodgers shortly before 1:30 am outside the club on 2,500 blocks of Boll Street.

The shooting occurred after Moore was escorted several times, police said.

Moore was initially expelled after he was “involved in harassment with several customers” inside, according to police. He allegedly took a gun from his party bus before returning inside.

He was then taken out again, where police said he was involved in a physical fight with Rodgers and shot him several times.

Rodgers were hit in the chest by one bullet. The first respondent took him to the local hospital, where he was pronounced dead, police said.

Moore allegedly escaped from the scene before he surrendered to the Euless Police Department. Since then he has been put in a Dallas County jail on charges of murder, police said.

Investigation of the shooting is ongoing.
