KARACHI: An anti-terrorism courtroom (ATC) seized with the listening to of 12 Could, 2007 carnage instances ordered Karachi Mayor Wasim Akhtar to give up his passport to the courtroom on Saturday, reported ARY Information.
Over the course of the listening to, the courtroom instructed the mayor, who was in attendance, that he was given his passport for official visits solely.
Following the order, Mr Akhtar, who’s out on bail within the instances, surrendered his passport to the courtroom.

Earlier, on Sept 14, the anti-terrorism courtroom had permitted Wasim Akhtar and Rauf Siddiqui to journey overseas.
Each leaders moved their separate functions in search of the courtroom’s permission to go overseas.
Akhtar acknowledged he wished to journey to Dubai to fulfill his relations residing there.
The courtroom, granting his request, allowed him to fly in a foreign country for 2 days.
The ATC additionally allowed Rauf Siddiqui to fly to Saudi Arabia for fourteen days.
Siddiqui in his plea acknowledged that he meant to go to Saudi Arabia for renewal of his Iqama (work allow).
